E commerce Inside Seller with French and English will be responsible for:
Proficient in aligning customer requirements with available company resources to effectively facilitate sales closures and enhance customer engagement with the company.
Proactively reach out to past customers to rekindle relationships and drive sales through the e-commerce platform.
Utilize commercial tools effectively to manage customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.
Exhibit a genuine passion for engaging in one-on-one communication, particularly over the phone, while delivering best-in-class customer service to French and Spanish-speaking clientele.
Utilize reactive sales techniques to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain accurate customer interactions and transactions records in the CRM/SAP system.
Other tasks as assigned.E commerce Inside Seller with French and English requires:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and drive commercial success.
Proven experience in B2B customer service roles, preferably in companies with an e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in reactive sales and ability to effectively close sales.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable business results and delivering customer value.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
