Randstad, un consultor multinacional líder en soluciones de recursos humanos, está presente en 39 países y con 4.400 oficinas en el mundo requiere la contratación de Market Training Lead, para  importante laboratorio.Basic Qualifications1.    the ability to create strong relationships between the Market and the Core programme team.2.    The Market Training Lead will have 3-5 years experience in either a technical training or in a learning and development environment. This should also include 2- 3 years experience in a project training environment and experience of at least 1 full SAP project lifecycle.3.    Experience of shaping complex training initiatives that have an impact in an international environment4.    Solid understanding of training and development processes, including trends in people development, related technology learning tools and understanding of external resources in training and development5.    Understanding of principles around role mapping and implications on complex training scheduling across multiple locations using a blend of in house training resources and outsourced training partners6.    Experience in instructional design and/or adult education including global versus localised training curricula methodologies7.    Must possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to complete tasks to meet team objectives as necessary8.    Good understanding of business continuity with respect to working with the business and core team to develop training schedules in a constantly changing environment9.    Good written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications1.    Exposure to change management methodologies and toolsets2.    Project Management skills3.    SAP User4.    Full englishKey accountabilities include1.    Develop and deliver the Market Education & Training Strategy & Plan2.    Tailor the Core training toolkit to reflect local requirements3.    Develop a Market Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the local target audiences4.    Manage the localisation of the Core training materials.5.    Manage the validation of translation of core training materials following translation by the official translation partner co-ordinated by the core team6.    Produce ad hoc translations, translation validation and quality assessment and ERP related activities that will support the project team7.    Manage the creation of a training scheduling ensuring that all training in a timely manner and that all users have attained sufficient competency to perform their roles post go-live in line with business continuity requirements8.    Manage the end to end delivery of training to the identified end user audiences9.    Manage any training-related risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to the change consultant/core team training manager as appropriate10.  Monitor usage and maintenance of training client and associated local data necessary to deliver training exercises Se Ofrece:1.    Lugar de trabajo Las Condes.2.    Vales de colación de $6.000 por día3.    Horario de lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:30 y viernes de 9:00 a 15:00 hs.4.    Otros beneficios de la compañía.    
Salario: De $1.900.000 a $2.000.000 líquido por mes.
